Texturize

Texturize displaces a triangle mesh in millimetres so a slicer sees real ridges — knurls, bricks, hexagons, or a heightmap. It exports STL only. It does not emit G-code.

What It Is

What You Can Build

Your First Textured Mesh

  1. Open 3dSynth and select Texturize
  2. Leave Knurl selected, click All, keep 3D Preview off
  3. Mask or raise Bottom if the bed face still shows relief
  4. Export Mesh at High, then slice the STL in your slicer
