Single Line
Single Line extrudes thin, knife-edge fins that stick out from the base surface, each tapering toward roughly a single extrusion width. Unlike Line Pattern’s wide rectangular teeth, this effect favors sharp ridges—ideal for radiator-style fins, grip rings, or organic spines when combined with variation.

Parameters
Fin Count- Number of fins distributed around the circumference (1–100).
Fin Depth (mm)- How far fins protrude outward from the base surface (0–10 mm).
Variation- Amount of depth modulation between fins (0–1); 0 is uniform.
Mode- How variation evolves with height: Random, Wave, or Audio (discrete choice).
Variation Speed- Rate at which the variation pattern changes along the print height (0.1–10).
Phase- Angular offset of the fin pattern in radians (0–6.28).
Spiral (°)- Total twist applied over height so fins follow a helix (−1800–1800°).
How It Works
The modulator samples the circular profile at regular angular steps and displaces the mesh outward along localized ridges. Fin Count sets how many of those ridges wrap the part; Fin Depth sets their baseline height before any variation.
Variation, Mode, and Variation Speed reshape that depth as you move up the model—random jitter, sinusoidal waves, or bar-like audio-driven structure. Phase rotates the whole pattern, and Spiral shears the ridges into a continuous twist over Z.
